The perfect constellation

Hello beloved Community,

I hope you are well in body, mind and spirit.

I’d like to share with you that as the start date of our upcoming Yoga Teacher Training approaches, we feel a deep sense of trust that the perfect group of humans will come together for this wonderful journey.

Since we both (Rachael and I) started teaching and creating spaces for learning and healing, we’ve held more classes and circles than we could count, numerous retreats, online and in person Yoga Teacher Trainings and Every time, when we sit all together in a circle, there is a clear sense that it is the perfect group of people.

No-one is missing. No-one is out of place.

From the first introductions, it is clear that although we may come from different backgrounds (nationalities, ages, religious beliefs, jobs etc), we share something that brings us together.

We all hope for a World that is peaceful. We all endeavour to expand our consciousness and we all want to bring more love and joy into the world.

There tends to be different levels of practice, from the yogis who have recently discovered the practice and are looking to better  understand where it comes from and how it all ‘works’, to the seasoned yogi who’s been thinking about it for years, and everyone in between of course.

Part of what makes Yoga Teacher training so special is exactly that, the diversity of people. Everyone’s presence matters because part of what makes the experience so transformative IS the community aspect.

Living and learning with a group of people for 21 days is interesting in many ways that are better experienced than explained.

It’s also beautiful to see how what we may perceive as differences at first dissolve into love the more we get to know one another.

We’re all together because our intuition guided us there. Every person in the space has something to offer to the space. We all learn from one another.

Some people are in the middle of a life transition, others are travelling, some managed to convince their work to give them 3 weeks off, so they could be there. Either way, by the end of the training, there is a sense that we were all meant to be there together doing exactly what we did and it’s a wonderful feeling 🙂

If you’re feeling the call to join us please reach out. We’re always happy to have a call to chat and answer any questions you may have.
