I intend to share some recipes for healthy meals on here, I’m not a qualified nutritionist but I am learning to listen to my body and I know what makes me feel good and what doesn’t and that is what matters most.
I won’t be able to provide nutritional values, calorie counting or daily allowance percentages but I will talk about the felt benefits and I encourage you to try things for yourself, to see how your body and mind feel, which is the best way of knowing what really works for you.
As well as learning what is good for your body and soul I’d always advise prioritising local produce when possible, you may not be able to access a farmer’s market but even in suoermarkets you can try to buy products which have made the fewest kilometers to your plate. This is more eco friendly and supports your local economy.
